I have a lamp and on the sticker it says Underwriters Laboratories.

Can you tell me anything about it, year, who would have owned it, how rare it is, what its worth aand so on?

History Bought it at a antique store. No history know. I have found pictures of it on the internet, but no one know anything about it.
