Description

my husband got this while in Germany in 1957 and we have had it ever since. I can't even begin to read the signature. It looks like D Trouref ?

It was damaged in a flood and I am need a value for the insurance company and more information about it for them.

It definately says Garmisch Germany on the bottom right

History my husband got it in Germany in 1957 when he was a child, that's all we know about it.

I need an estimate to restore it and what it would be worth if it was in restored condition and about what it is worth now. It was ruined in a flood and the insurance company needs this to pay us for it.
