Description

Chest with larger top drawer. All solid wood throughout no veneers anywhere. Finish is old but Not checked, cracked peeling minor surface scratches. Appears to maybe be made of poplar with a  cherry stain. One pic attached of the chest one of the type of construction on the dovetails on the drawers.

It's American Empire and dates 1830-45, the style currently isn't very popular, demand peaked for it in the 1990's, at auction one like this might only go for $150.00 -$200.00 these days.
