Chinese case

Description

Hi everyone,

looking to possibly find out a little more about this particular piece.  We took it to a public apprasail they did in town last year for a charity fundraiser.  There seemed to be a good deal of interest in the piece frim several appraisers.  They believed it to be Chinese and anywhere from 500-1500 years old.  They also said it "could" be valued anywhere from $2-7000k for something like this.  I have no idea though if that is an accurate estimate  as they weren't exactly sure to its age.  Any info you folks may have would be greatly appreciated.  I'd really like to know if anyone thinks it would be worth putting into an auction and if so....Where?

This will be available for sale if it is indeed worth anything.

Thanks again!
