Green/white china with 24k gold plating and picture of women in center

China has an outer green band decorated with gold victorian looking lace design and an inner white band decorated as such also.  Plate is edged in gold and each band is separted by a gold line.  In the center of the plate is a picture of 3 women in long flowing robes and a naked angel.

The back of the plate has no manufacturer markings that I can find.  It merely says Hand decorated 24K gold.
