limoges alfred lanternier tea cup and saucer

Description This is a limoges tea cup and saucer. From so searching I believe its a Lanternier. Dated between 1891-1921. I cannot find the pattern name anywhere. The coloring is light with the exception of the gold. I tried to get as close as possible to see the design. They appear to be white circular flowers like dandelions. Shaded with a light violet. Can someone tell me the pattern name and an approximate value?
