Has hand stiching on top in order to hang. No marks or places where a tag could have been. It is woven not printed. Has a few spots that need repair. Looks handmade but  just not sure. Wondering if it has any value

Impossible to tell from images, textile items like this often need a physical appraisal to determine their origins and potential value. That said, the majority of them I see today are late 19th to early 20th century examples made in France or Belgium, the damage examples having very little monetary value.
