I found this in a shed in New Hampshire and am at a loss for valuation. I have figured out what it is and who made it. It is about 4' long and very heavy and it has "Howe M-7" and "PC55441" on one side. Based on what I have found out it's the main lever on a 50 ton railroad track scale, but I don't know when it would have been made or what it might be worth. Any help is greatly appreciated.
This would have been made by the Howe Scale Co. of Rutland, VT.
