Old looking "lavado" from Portugal

Text on bottom says 302, then MADE IN PORTUGAL, and then SÉR XVII all handwritten

White stone mounted on dark colored wood

Has 3 parts, top, middle, which is a holding area with a silver colored spout, and bottom, which is a kind of holding bin

Also has M.R. initials in a small red square on the bottom
