Chinese Prayer Beads

Description

I am assuming that these are prayer beads. There are small polished orange, brown and black beads with larger carved beads at intervals like station beads of a rosery.  Looks like the cord is red silk with a knot between each bead.  The Geshia is carved ivory standing on an carved opaque brown stone.  The final is a little man carved in a brown, maybe wooden bead.

Category Asian Art
Medium Geisha is definitely Ivory,
Stone under figure is jade (I asked a jeweler several years ago),
Little man final looks like stone but I believe it is a very hard wood,
Small round brown and black beads are wood,
Small orange beads look like stone,
Large carved orange beads are some type of composite, maybe cellulose.
