Is this marking real? What is it, please.

Description

This is a tipping teapot with burner. I am struggling to sort out what this hallmark means or if it is a real hallmark anyway. Seems a bit too well stamped to be very old and/or very valuable. But one never knows. It appears to say silver on copper. I've had it for years, needs polishing. Image is from the bottom of the teapot itself.
