Description

All that I know is that it is heavy and is silver plated. Or that is what I was told. The sticker on the bottom makes not that it was made as a factory piece. There are no stamp marks from what I have seen. This is a two piece item from the looks at the base. I'm unsure about where it came from or the real value. It was gifted to me from a friend who was clueless as well.
