This is a small silver platter, plain, no decorative engraving, just the scallop like edge design. There are no dents or scratches. There were two stickers on the back but they are worn nearly completely off and unreadable. The hallmark resembles a crown with ribbons coming off each side. Below the crown and between the ribbons are two rectangular boxes with the letters "T" and "S" inside. Below that is printed "INTERNATIONAL SILVER COMPANY" and the number "6342". Above all of this in larger print is "CHIPPENDALE". I would like to know if this is worth cleaning up and selling or giving to Goodwill.
