Without being able to see other views of it (underside) and knowing what marks it might have, its difficult to say what it is or how much its worth. My instinct however tells me that its probably a contemporary 'Made for Export' reproduction, likely made from brass or potter's metal. Unfortunately, if this is the case, as I suspect it is, its worth nothing at all in practical terms. My sincere apologies.
