Is this a Ware ladder-back chair?

Is this a Ware ladder-back chair?  It was my grandparents who lived near Camden, NJ and possibly got the dining room set in 1936 as a wedding present.  Their family were Quakers so may have known local Quaker chair makers.

All hand made.  No nails.

Medium Possible Maple or Cherry wood?
Distinguishing marks Pointed globe-like finials; scribe marks on front lower wrung.
Condition Good
Date Period 1936 or earlier. They could have been bought as antiques at that time or they could have been new at that time.
History My grandparents were given this set in 1936 for their wedding. They were given by my great grandparents who lived in Camden, NJ.
