Description

I have recently acquired a sewing machine inside of a cabinet. Upon doing a lot of research I found it to be cabinet number 48 and Singer model 201s.

I cannot find any other information on that model type but based on the serial number it is from 1937.

Distinguishing marks Gold emblem on front. Serial number is AE528783
Condition Good
Date Period According to ISMACS it was made in 1937
History It belonged to the mother of the woman I bought my house from. It is in great condition and works.
