Description

I found this at a garage sale and was wondering what it would appraise for?

I couldn't find one like it on google images. The metal wheels are the oddest thing compared to the others I found. They are sphere not just vertical cylinders like the tea carts I found that looked similar on the Internet. And the narrow ends of the cart has a decorative wall. If anyone can tell me the year, what its worth , or just some general information it would be much appreciated! Thank you!
