hello!  you have a post-1949 german made (of course) beer stine with cobalt blue highlights.  Just as you imply, the lid is the most compelling part, but I'm afraid (at first glance) it is not a match for the stine.  I think the lid is significantly older (1910-1919 range).  Your stine originally likely came with a plain lid with modest etching.  This stine is a very a tough sell, but holds a full market value of about $20 - $25.   The buyer would likely be buying the stine only for the lid.  The stine by itself has no market value to speak of and likely would not sell for more than $5.
