Russian Lacquer box

Found in my Grandad's house along with a book about russian lacquer boxes, unknown who made this or what the title of it is.

It's in good condition so an appraisail would be very appreciated. The paper in the last picture was found in the box, however I am uncertain as to whether it even goes with it?
