Well the markings are Chinese, you'd best have it physically appraised by someone who specializes in Chinese porcelain. I'd suggest sending images of it to either Christies.com or Sothebys.com.

the markings on the side say 'made during the reign of the Xuande emperor"
The xuande emperor reigned during the Ming dynasty (14th century)
It this is not a 20th century replica it might be worth a fortune. Please keep me up to date, im really curious to what its worth
