I also ran across one of these. Mine is missing the chain and on the front is a older Ford insignia. I've found information on the Ford symbol and the keychain separately but nothing together. The ford symbol is from the 1960s I believe. The music box works but I have not found anyone who recognizes the tune. The two tiny screws that hold the outside case together need replaced and, as I mentioned, the chain and clasp are missing but it is in good condition otherwise. 

i don't think I would sell it just because it's a neat little antique. But I would be curious to know if it has any worth.
