Description I'm not sure what this piece is it has a smooth black top and I believe a brass bottom. There is a symbol on the bottom that say WL 1895 and under that it says " Not for food purpose for decorative use only" but that is in a darker ink then the wl 1895 symbol and under that is what looks like an auction sticker. That's about all I know any help would be appreciated.
