Antique child/ lady's secretary

Description

I found this small secretary in a junk shop several years ago. It is very unique because the legs fold up for traveling. There are hinges on the legs for folding. I have never seen anything like this before. Also in the drawer is hand written with ink "Aline Les Bastine" 17yrs. 1720. It is made of I believe walnut wood. There is an emblem that is faintly seen on the lock. Please see photos. I would like to know of its origin, age, and value.
