Appraisal complete
Description

Solid mahogany liquor cabinet, circa 1912.  Has two pull-out shelves with deep circular wells to firmly hold glasses (upper) and decanters (bottom).  has original pewter tray which rests just under top, inside. Had an ice container which sat behind a second interior smaller door (missing).  Has a stamped metal plate underneath, as follows;

Fergusen

No. 3997 (or 399)

F & M Company, Hoboken NJ

I looked up Fergusen and saw that they made tables and chairs in Hoboken until the 1940's or so, but there is no reference to fine furniture like this. We think my grandmother acquired this about 1912.

Wondering if it's worth anything?
