German Schrank

Description

Double-door Chamber Schrank was restored through art carpentry.  Paint work was redone true to original style, on brown ground with flower motives, using special varnishing technique.    The double-door Schrank has top-arched frieze doors and a top arch: sides are angled.  Door knobs and the locking hardware were renewed. The schrank was purchased in Germany and shipped to US in the late 1980's. This was an inherited item and the paperwork indicates age to be around 1890.   But it was refinished in the original style.

Looking for a value for this German Schrank which I inherited.  My uncle lived in Germany and purchased it there. Thank you
