Description This is a cobalt blue over white porcelain Jardinere with gold gilding. Measures 8" in length. Hallmarked in Russian on the botton but contains "Handmade in Russia" in English. Artist signature under the glaze. Either in mint antique condition or a newer piece. Argh... need help! Thanks.
