Description

The piece I am looking for help with is labled on the bottom as Snel-Ware made in Germany #3196. My mother bought this item at a sale but doesn't have any history on the piece. It has Rukolo in the back base of the piece. I suspect it is hand painted. Reminds me of a Goebel. The piece is approximately 4 1/2" tall and about 3 3/4" in diameter. I can find only two or three Snel-Ware pieces on line and they are figurines with animals. I can find no information about the company. I would like to sell this item for my mother but want to have a sense of it's value and to be able to given a better explanation of the piece than I can today. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
