Silver / Pewter Tray/Dish with Handle

Description

This is a vintage pewter or silver tray/dish or mini-basket with handle of EG Webster & Son.

It has four feet (with scrollwork);  a handle that is movable and can lay flat against one or other side). Lots of scrollwork. A leaf pattern on the dish; and leaf and flowers along the edge of the bowl.

Stamp on underside of bowl - very easy to see. (Picture may not be clear).

Category Metalware
Medium Either silver or pewter? Not sure it has a mark on the bottom 132. Unsure what this means. Tried to look up online.
Distinguishing marks EG Webster & Sons NY with logo (the arm)
Also has around the circle logo:
on top: GUA Bruble Blade (??) hard to make out - my eyesight is not that good.
on bottom: ard white metal
stamp : 132
Condition Good
Size and dimensions of this item 9" diameter
Date Period Vintage - unsure
Weight approximately 1 lb.
History I've had it in my family for years. My mother gave it to me when I moved to Baltimore in 1999. I have never used it. It needs to be cleaned with silver/pewter cloth. But other than that...it's in good condition.

Am willing to part with it...if I can get a fair appraisal and price for it.
