Hand painted, milk glass Gone with the wind lamp

Description

I have a hand painted Gone with the wind lamp that my grandfather purchased for my grandmother -I think in the late 30's. It is beautiful. Milk glass with stainless stand and no markings except F101 on the bottom of the base. It is all in its original craft and in mint condition. Anyone have any idea about it?
