Small Tea Cup - 1/3 size of normal one

Description

I have no idea where my Aunt got this from. I was hoping someone out there could enlighten me on where it's from, who made it and it's age?  I have the tea cup and little saucer in mint condition. Please anyone help, I've searched all kinds of links with no luck!
