Vintage Ceramic Pitcher with Roses

Description

I have an adorable 5" ivory colored pitcher that I bought at an estate sale.  It has a swirl design sculpted roses on the front side.  Its handle is very ornate.  The marks on the bottom are black and look like an N with a setting sun.  But NOT Nippon, however, of course.  I have only seen this mark one other time and that was a while ago.  If you could tell me the maker and something about it, I would very much appreciate it.

Thanks!
