Still have no information on this bottle and I have many more bottles that are old but nothing like this one.

Decanters like this were used on ships, the wide bottom kept them from sliding or tipping over in rough weather. Metal bound examples tend to be late 19th century examples. We'd retail one like it in the $80.00- $100.00 range.
