Gold glass Trumpet vase (Tiffany?)

Description

My grandpa has a trumpet shaped (Lily) vase that he believes is Tiffany.  It is gold looking glass with a black square base atop some metal feet.  The bottom is marked with the number 1918.  I'm unsure of any other markings.

Any insight as to it's: make, name, year (if not 1918), value, etc.

Thank you for any insights.
