Antique Mickey Mouse Plushie

I honestly don't know much about this piece I found it n my attic I'm hoping someone can help me out with some information on it I don't even know what year it was made but I can tell from the look of it it's one of the earlier pieces it appears to be in fair condition so I'm gonna post the pics I have and hopefully someone out there can help me find out when it was made and what it's worth and if it's even worth keeping or not!
