Description

Lithograph titled N.Y.C 1978 and signed by the artist (hard to make out). I have been searching for info regarding this framed picture with no luck. The lithograph is very detailed and shows The World Trade Center, Statue of Liberty and Lower Manhattan. The architectural type frame has springs that fit up in the frame's backside. I have already contacted New York Public Library Print collection and the New York Print Shop and they do not recognize this artist. Any info would be helpful.
