It's a Dresden Style figurine, most of them date between World Wars One and Two(1918-39), but remained in production through the 1960's. This one has a Meissen style marking on it, which many German potteries used until the Meissen Porcelain works took the matter to the courts during the turn of the 19th century. At auction it might go for $150.00.
