Description

The Star Trek: Next Generation Collector's Edition of Monopoly came with a standard 8 pewter playing pieces representing various members of the crew. Attached is a photo of 7 to give an idea of what they looked like. These individual pieces can be found online sites such as eBay selling for approximately $5 USD or £3 UK sterling each.

At the time of release in 1998, an option was provided for purchasers to mail order up to an additional playing pieces representing four less common characters - Dr Kate Pulaski, Guinan, Lt Tasha Yar, and Chief O'Brien. It is these four pewter models I would like an appraisal for.

I cannot obtain a photo at present as they are in storage. They have been used only once or twice, are kept in a sealed plastic bag, and are in excellent undamaged condition.

These items appear to be so rare that I cannot find a stock image of even one of them through an internet search. I can find no evidence that any seller has ever re-sold them, not even as part of the full Collector's Edition board game. The only evidence I can find which acknowledges they even exist is on a site named boardgamegeek.com, which has a footnote to the board game stating that these pieces were once available to order.
