Hookah with pyramid engravings, marked 182x's on bottom.

Appraisal complete
Description

I think this is a hookah. I have yet to find anything similar. Looks silver (passed home tests) may be with copper? Stands about 15inches. Has engravings or inlays on both sides with pyramids, palm trees and crescent moon.  With diamond shaped symbols around top and bottom. No handle or signs of a handle. However, between the neck and pipe, there are what appears to be small damage marks where maybe bridge work had been. On the bottom it is marked with looks like hammer stamped, then hand carved year.
