Needs some TLC, not sure if the actual mechanics work. Height 38", width 18" solid bronze. Depending on taste it could use a polish. I've researched the clock maker and Baillon appears to have been a very sought out craftsman back in about the 1800's. It's not perfect but for the age it is in wonderful condition. The face is chipping, but not so bad you can't still see the numbers. Hand crafted, beautiful work. I've seen items such as this range from $1,200 to auction for over $7,500. Can anyone tell me more about this item or what it would be worth in this condition?
