Description

Hi, I have a table that I managed to salvage from the scrap yard, it's quite an accttactive table with nice carvings on the legs, the only thing is the top has had its finish sanded off to reveal the original wood underneath, I would just like to know what type of wood it is and the best way of restoring it to make it look good again, also any information on date/possible place of origin and value. I have included a photo of the table top.
