Asian Bowl with gold trim

Appraisal complete
Description

This is a bowl that was purchased by my friends day while he was overseas, It is a lovely bowl, with designs in gold and, white and a burnt orange colors. It is nine inches wide and 5 inches deep. It has a scalloped rim in gold and white around the top rim. The center picture seems to be a pagota with a dragon on the side, or a tree. I don't know for sure. The whole bowl is out lined in very different designs, that I can't figure out what they mean..The back stamp is a UA or VA or could be something totally different.
