The maker is K. TUTTER. Made in Germany. Sold in 1922. Bought a few years ago for 350 dollars. Any information is welcome as I could not find much myself.

K. Tutter is the name of the designer, who worked for Hutschenreuther porcelain. What you paid would be the top end for a Hutschenreuther comparable to this one, they often go for about half that amount at auction currently.
