Antique Reed & Barton teapot silver soldered with The Belleview Hotel design

metallic Teapot.  Stamped? on the bottom are the words -

REED & BARTON

SILVER SOLDERED

3800-S

2P

12 (appears sideways compared to rest of the lettering) and 12 is also under the cap

feels a little heavy for its small size (5.25" tall x 7.25" long x 3.5" wide)

acquired by grandparent who said they got it after The Belleview Hotel closed (she grew up in Pennsylvania) .  no known date.

Can anyone direct me towards an appraisal ?
