Antique China floral pattern

Description

Can anyone guide me to what type of china this is? There are only a few marks on back that look like a 45 and 75. Story is that these came packed in barrels, in cottonseeds in late 1800s to South Texas.

The smaller plates and bowls are not uniform and appear handmade.

Any help, tips or ideas is greatly appreciated.
