It's in the Federal Revial syle and dates from the second quarter of the 20th Century. It's constructed of either mahogany or walnut, it's hard to tell from the images...In terms of value, not much I'm afraid. Sewing stands like this were made in huge numbers, eaxamples like thius one that need refinishing often sell at auction for less than $75.00.
