Pearl China Company Yellow Creamer with Hand-Painted 22kt Gold Flowers

Appraisal complete
Description

I have a friend who gave me this creamer and I would like to get a little information about it. The only thing I know about the piece is that it was made by the Pearl China Company. On the bottom of the piece is stamped "Hand Decorated  22kt Gold  U.S.A." Also if you look closely, you can also see the number 657 pressed into the bottom. I know no other information about the piece but would be very interested to hear what it may be worth or a bit of history behind the piece. Thanks.
