Looking for information about this piece. It is not a print (no dots under magnification). Poss an etching?
It is on card stock with unfinished edge. It was mailed in 1944 from NYC, Times Square Stn.

Title is "The Angelus" by Francois Millet
The etching is sigend bottom right +F Millet
Beneath the etching on the card is Painted by Millet (on the left) and C. Taber & Co. on the right, below the signature.
Overall card size is 14" high x 18" wide
Image size is13.5" high  x 15.75" wide

I am interested to know anything about this etching and the maker. Is it an etching, if not what?
