Qing Dynasty Qianlong Foo Dog Lidded Bowl

Description Hello. My name is Nicole and I am a newer collector of Asian porcelain items.  I came across this bowl at a resale store and I'm hoping it is something really special. My research of the backstamp indicates it is Qing Dynasty with a Qianlong mark. The colors seem appropriate as does the subject matter. However I am unable to find anything with a painting inside like this. I also fear how clean the edges are for its supposed age. I read somewhere that the iron dots in the porcelain matter, but I'm not sure if that's what I'm looking at.  Any help or advise you can provide would be greatly appreciated!  Sincerely,  Nicole
