This was a cabinet that was in my Mother-in-laws bedroom when she was a child and she just passed way at age 93
I don't know what it originaly was, but at that time on the farm it might have been used to hold a dry sink. It is 28" from floor to top counter and the back extends 10½ above it, 28½" wide a 15½" deep, it has 1 full width drawer at top and 2 - ½ drawers on left side and hinged door on right. has carved stem, leaf flower design and 2 small shelds on upper right and leff corners of the back I has 4 Ceramic caster on the bottom. the cabinet might be Maple but not sure, it had a Manufacture lable on the back but the center has been torn off bur the outline od a "Donkey" can be seen on t right side.
Any information on the cabinet would be appreciated.

Looking at your photos and taking into account your description it seems that you have an Eastlake style childs dresser or chiffarobe. The wood appears to be walnut but it could be a veneer.
A dry sink would have had an open box or box with hinged or free cover on the top, usually lined in zinc or copper with a drain. Underneath would be an open cupboard for a bucket sometimes enclosed by one or more doors.
