Looks like an old Joseph & Sons straight razor.

Really don't know much about it. I can't find any other like it, has the 2 grooves on the left side of the markings of Joseph & Sons.

 

Box: "Corporate Mark" written on the cap and "Joseph Rodgers & Sons" on the body.
